Some truths on why we need to think and drink water :

3. Over consumption of sugar sweetened beverages can lead to excessive calorie intake. Substituting these with water is the best way to fight against obesity or being overweight.

4. The kidneys of an infant are still immature. That’s why it is important to ensure that they are always hydrated.

5. Water loss is significantly greater for the elderly because their kidneys are less efficient and the sensation of thirst diminishes with age.

Sure, clean water is a must for every family, but there are other things you should look for in your water. Since your body is make up of essential minerals that need to be replenished constantly, your bottled water should also contain these essential minerals for optional health.
